This wooden villa enjoys an idyllic hillside location on the heights of Capesterre, in the south of the island, cradled by the trade winds, with a breathtaking 180° sea view. Its swimming pool, set in the middle of a private garden, will ensure your stay is one of tranquillity and well-being.

Just 800 metres down the hill is the charming village of Capesterre, with all its amenities, fishing port and magnificent La Feuillère beach and lagoon.

Prices

Short breaks: the rate for short breaks of 3 nights minimum to 5 nights maximum is €250/night.

Low season (15 May to 15 December) excluding long weekends, the Terre de Blues festival and the All Saints’ holiday, which are in high season: €1400/week

High season (16 December to 14 May): €1750/week

A degressive rate of 15% will be applied from the 8th day of rental.

From 2 weeks’ rental, an intermediate cleaning session is offered, but the end-of-stay cleaning charge of €120 remains payable by the tenant.
