Presentation of the Villa

The villa is located on the heights of Capesterre on the road des Galets, 0,5 mile from the sea and 15 minutes drive from the port of Grand Bourg, your first stopover on the island. The villa is reached by a private road that only serves 4 houses, thus ensuring great tranquility.

Our representative on the spot, Florence will welcome you at the exit of the boat to accompany you to our little corner of paradise. You will find at the villa the welcome ti-punch as well as the first evening meal and the necessary for your first breakfast (except for short stays of less than 5 nights). Thus, no anxiety of shopping, everything is done to fully enjoy the villa and pool from the first moment!

Magnificent villa of 165 m², built in exotic wood certified FSC sustainable development, white brick red roof, is located on a plot of 1200 m² closed and trees with parking.

The villa, open due south facing the sea and backed by a virgin hill, enjoys the trade winds, which provides natural ventilation for its typically West Indian design.

Swimming pool and Garden

Private pool with steps and alarm. 1.20 m deep to facilitate the swimming of children. Pool surrounded by a wooden deck of 50 m2 with deckchairs. Enclosed garden with outdoor shower and parking for 2 cars. A Weber charcoal barbecue is at your disposal to grill your catch of the day or local meat (beef), also excellent. Beach toys and body board available.

Covered terrace

With an area of 60 m², facing south facing the sea, equipped with a table 8 people, a sitting area with sofa and armchairs in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. In the West Indies, the terrace being the main place of life, we have integrated the kitchen-living room with a very wide opening of 3.80 m can be closed by an electric curtain if necessary. Kitchen

Fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, 2 sinks and cupboards with doors, food processor, toaster, coffee maker and Bodum crockery, citrus press and Bodum electric kettle, microwave oven . In the back kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. A bar with 3 stools separates the kitchen from the living room.

Living room

Office area with WIFI internet connection, sofa seating for 3 people and 1 armchair with coffee table and television, DVD player, hi-fi and Ipod base, a selection of DVDs, books, board games available for the whole family, as well as a library corner.

A small sitting area perfect for relaxing, always ventilated. You will be able to watch a movie, listen to family music while still enjoying the incredible view!

Bedroom 1

Air-conditioned 17m ² with a large bed of 160 and mosquito net, sheets and blanket provided, solid wood floor, armchair, large closet / wardrobe with safe. Opening onto the terrace through a French window. Ensuite bathroom of 6m² with Italian shower, solid oak plan, and WC, hairdryer and mirror. Towels and sheets provided.

Bedroom 2

Air-conditioned 18 m² with a bed of 140 and another of 90 with mosquito nets, sheets and blankets provided, solid wood floor, desk and lamp. Opening onto the terrace through a French window. Ensuite bathroom with Italian shower, solid oak plan, and WC, hairdryer and mirror. Towels and sheets provided.
